There’s a time for absolutely everything. There’s a time to start, to take action and move forward and you have to consider the time where you have to take a break and let things go for them to come back, and attract the fruit of your labor. You can’t be busy 24/7 in the hope that’s going to move things quicker. Because it won’t. Seasons exist for a reason. There’s the peak of heat which is summer time, and the peak of cold which is winter time. When you go with the flow of life, things run more smoothly. The reason you can’t just keep going without taking the time to breath is because it will lead to collapsing somehow. Being it you getting to extreme stress and exhaustion making you force to take a break or even get frustrated by the lack of results for the amount of work and energy you’ve put into it. Or whatever you’ve worked on non stop, having defaults, errors etc. Neither is good, nor healthy, and honestly it’s unnecessary and useless. Take the habit to listen to your body. Is it asking you to take a break? Then do it. Is it feeling tired? Then rest. Whatever needs to happen will happen anyways and there’s nothing you can do about it. Take care of yourself more than you’re taking care of anything else. Because without your well-being, nothing good will come out of it. You’re the core of everything that happens externally, so prioritize yourself first.

So get back on your feet, choose to pause all those distractions till you achieve your next goal at least, whatever the next step is. An exceeding amount of sadness, frustrations, and any negative emotions really, can clutter your mind and body. Feeling overwhelmed is something that happens too, when there’s too much buildup of anger, sadness etc. And not dealing with them can only make you explode in a way or another. It can make you go to the point where you cannot deal with anything, anyone and not even yourself anymore. You may act in ways that are unlike you, or you might witness the worst of yourself as well. The slightest inconvenience is going to affect you when you shouldn’t even be bothered by them at all. That’s why it’s important to face the way you feel about things, as soon as they come up. Don’t drag out situations that can be sorted out as soon as they happen. Find the courage to confront them each time, so you can feel lighter within and not carry it with you for years to come. Use EFT to tackle one frustration at a time and free yourself from all that unnecessary weight. I’ve talked about EFT a few times already. Emotional freedom technique, is tapping your feelings out of your body to release them. You write down how you feel about something that happened, then read it out loud while tapping in between your eyebrows for about 10min. You’ll either release them by crying, yawning, burping, heavy breathing which are all good, it means it worked. You then have to change your story though. Meaning you write down how you actually want to feel, and do EFT again. This is the quickest and most efficient way to heal.

So you stop telling those stories, leave them in the past. A past timeline you aren’t aligned to anymore. The old version of you, the old narratives of you really feel like such old news that it bores you to even mention them. So you don’t anymore. You’ll see that this gives you the opportunity to create a new story, one that you want to be true. You now created space for the new. This is also the easiest and quickest way to get rid of something that doesn’t help you feel better. Try to cut off the tv or whatever kind of news you consume and see how it’s going to impact your mental health and physical health too. You’ll discover how powerful the noise actually is, but even more how much more powerful you are, knowing you can choose to stop this any time you want, and take back control of what you allow to access your mind and what not. The moment you realize you are actually the one in control of how you feel and your well-being, your health in general. Is the moment you wake up and decide to not tolerate nonsense anymore. It’s the moment you decide what and who has access to you. Is it benefiting you? Then it can stay, if it isn’t then separate your ways.

Now if it is a decision you have to take now, then if it’s not a hard Yes, it’s most likely a No. The moment you hesitate about something, don’t do it. Regardless if you’re a believer or not, this trick always works. So you might just do a little prayer and ask to give you clarity about someone, to reveal the truth about them. Ask them to remove them from your life if they aren’t trustworthy. And from then on, have faith that time will reveal anything you need to know about them. Not once in my life did this not work for me. Also someone’s behavior tells a lot about themselves, but nothing is just black and white. So don’t jump to conclusions from one action, see if it’s consistent behavior first. Misunderstandings happen, and communication is the most important here too. But genuinely, ask for the truth to be revealed and time will.

Consistent little steps lead to breakthrough and success. I believe I’ve talked about this before, but overnight success doesn’t exist. There’s a journey to absolutely everything. And whatever your purpose is, whatever you want to achieve isn’t just going to happen overnight because you had the idea yesterday and worked on it for a week. I know it can be discouraging sometimes, but you might also be pressuring yourself a bit too much if you feel like that. Your everyday goal should be to do one small action as this is already a step forward to the next one. Committing yourself to do this everyday will help you move on with consistency and discipline. Which also will brings you more confidence and motivation as you’d be seeing yourself getting closer to your goal. If the task is too big and it feels draining, then focus on it for 30min each day till it’s completed. Find a way to do things wisely, and almost effortless. Whenever you feel overwhelmed with the amount of things you have to do, focus on the main priority and when you need a break use that time to do one other thing unrelated to your main task of the day. That way you get quite a few things done during the day without feeling like you haven’t done enough and it keeps your mind away from the pressure you put yourself for the goal you want to achieve. Also, be proud of how much you achieve everyday, see them as a win no matter how small the task was.
