And that’s going to lead you to act, behave, think and connect with people differently. The more you know yourself, the more you’ll be able to understand others and know them too. You just start to function completely differently. Because you’re connected to all your senses. You don’t just rely on what you see, or what you hear or not. You take the time to feel how you feel about things and people. And when something feels off, regardless of what you heard or saw, you can trust that something is actually off. You start having faith in yourself and trust your instincts more too.
