The non karmic soulmates are those connexions that feel good and sometimes can be challenging as well but never in a painful way. They support you in a way or another, they help you heal in a more gentle way too. They bring you information to you somehow that allows you to touch the emotional parts of you, allowing yourself to be vulnerable. Both are as important, even if one brings you pain.
