It’s often the only way to do some introspection and figure out who you are, what you like and don’t like, what your boundaries actually are, what you want or don’t want to tolerate anymore. It’s a phase in your life that can feel lonely too, but that is necessary for you to create the change you want in your life. It’s a change for the best. You’ll always win and loose things. But when you decide you want a better life and actually create the changes, your losses will turn into wins. And what you win is amplified. You just keep winning.
