Conquer yourself and you’ll conquer the world. Your world. The world that starts and ends everything. When you go within, you witness them on the outside too. As in, all you create inside yourself, reflects in your appearance and life as well. You can pretend all you want, but if the work isn’t done from within, the external world will eventually catch on with it too. So you might as well do the necessary work to get to know yourself, understand yourself to the deepest level of your being. So you can be understood and be seen for who you truly are. At the end of the day, doing this is going to benefit you and others too. When I say that your inner world is where everything starts and ends, it’s because you’re in control of your thoughts, actions, and reactions. You get to do whatever you feel like doing with yourself. Everyday you get to choose how you react to things, you can always choose growth over feeling like a victim.
